WestCAT (Western Communities Area Transportation) officials announced last week that shiny new buses will hit the roads of Western Clark County on Monday, April 15.
“It has been a pleasure to work on this project. I am thrilled that we can now offer inexpensive public transportation to township and village residents every week day,” Mad River Township Trustee Kathy Estep said. “Residents will be able to ride the CAT in a week.”"
